Cancellations and refunds

Monthly plans. Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.

If something doesn't work. If a paid feature doesn't work as described, email hello@tapandpass.ie within 14 days for a full refund of that month.

Advertising. Cancel a sponsored slot up to 7 days before it runs for a full refund.

Studio work. Payment terms and cancellation are set out in each written quote.

These terms don't affect your rights under Irish consumer law.
