What we collect. What you type into our forms, such as your email, role, venue and message. If you buy a plan, Stripe passes us your billing details; Stripe handles card payments and we never see your full card number.

Why. To reply to you, to provide what you asked for, and to send the weekly trade email only if you ticked the box.

Where it is stored. Form entries are stored by Netlify, our website host. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Community. If you join the community, we store your email, the profile you write (name, handle, role, venue, county, skills, bio, photo), what you post, like, comment and follow, and any reports you make, in a Supabase database hosted in Ireland. Other signed-in members can see your profile and posts; visitors who aren't signed in cannot. You can edit your profile any time and delete your account, posts and photos by emailing hello@tapandpass.ie; deletion is completed within 7 days. We may keep a record of removed content and the reason for 12 months to deal with repeat abuse.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no cookies until you choose. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits with IP addresses anonymised; choose "No thanks" and nothing is set. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last contact.

Your rights. Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, by emailing hello@tapandpass.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
