Tap & Pass started with a simple problem: the information a pub or restaurant needs every week is scattered across a dozen websites, trade bodies, spreadsheets and group chats. We put it in one place.
Stuart Coleman runs the digital side of busy Dublin pubs and restaurants and has spent years building the rosters, menus, training manuals and websites that keep them going. Tap & Pass is that work, opened up to the whole trade.
What we stand for. Sourced over speculative: every figure links to where it came from. Straight over sponsored: paid placements are labelled and never change a comparison or an award. Practical over polished: if a tool doesn't save a manager time or money this week, it isn't on the site.
Who it's for. Owners and managers of pubs, restaurants and takeaways in Ireland, the chefs and bar and floor staff who work in them, and the suppliers and software companies who serve them.
Where it's going. A community for people who work in hospitality, a staff loyalty card, awards scored on real visits, and an app. Ireland first, then the UK.
